Before founding Riseon, Jess generated over $1B in revenue across the retail and service sectors in a 15 year period. She has launched more than 75 products, brands, and campaigns across domestic and international markets. Her specialty lies in end-to-end concept development, bridging insight with execution to deliver sustained, measurable outcomes to meet the needs of a rapidly changing market.


Credibility is a core factor in any business. Our team has worked with some of the world's leading brands and companies, such as Elemis, L'Oréal Professional, Galderma, Kérastase, CND, Capillus, Grown Alchemist, and more, before starting Riseon and has since worked with incredible start up brands and multi site clients and hotel chains.

 Jess has previously led operations across 200+ global sites, managing over 900 staff, leaders and sectors in four international education academies.


Jess has overseen CRM transformation, NPD strategy, and category defining brand launches, while delivering high impact campaigns and installations featured in Harper’s Bazaar and Condé Nast to name a few.


Her systems and masterclasses have trained thousands, elevating individual talent and organizational performance.


Developing talent and succession planning remains a huge passion and area that is critical to any business planning when working with Riseon.

With over 25 years of experience, Jess started her career in New Zealand, from there moving to London then to the USA where she now is based in Florida. Her work spans executive development, multi-brand private equity portfolios, and global public companies.


Jess is known for her unapologetic energy, unwavering standards, passionate intensity for the industry and professionals that work in it every day.
